In 2014, under the visionary leadership of Dr Bharatbhai Boghara along with his capable, well experienced and successful team, a spinning mill was established with the name MM Yarns Pvt Ltd. In order to ensure an integrated setup and to reduce raw material dependency, a ginning unit was simultaneously constructed. Since 2014, construction of spinning yarns had already begun and within a short span of 11 months they were completed. Later on, within 6 months erection works and beginning of production had already been commenced.
Along with the beginning of production, specific focus had always been on product quality and exports of products had already begun. 100% Cotton yarn production target was achieved in record 4 months time, enabling full capacity running of the plant. Due to exceptional teamwork and guidance from company directors, not only we achieved self-sufficiency in raw materials by building a ginning unit but we also became India’s topmost spinning mill. Along with this, we are venturing into project for edible oil plant and work has commenced on this project. We estimate completion of the project by 2020 and shall launch high quality edible oil brand to customers very soon.
